WHO: Gabriel and Lilo
WHAT: Kid watching!
WHERE: Their house in Hawaii
WARNINGS: Probably not.

Things had been refreshingly calm lately, though Gabriel still said the rituals every night to watch over absent family members. He'd done his best at the hospital, and enjoyed the time he had with Lilo. However, things had been kind of calm.

He was calling Lilo right now, hoping she was home to pick up. A coworker of his was in a bind, and he thought he might just be able to help.

Lilo smiled, kissing the little girl on the forehead. "It's her way of saying hello. She wonders who you are! I promise, soon she'll give you little piggy kisses. She's not as cute as you, though." Lilo continued to hum, still braiding the little girl's hair.
