Rose's sleep had improved, somewhat. She wasn't having that dream about losing the Doctor anymore. And a few nights ago when the Doctor had stayed in her room.. That had been nice. Her sleep was far more pleasant, but her schedule was still a bit off.
The problem was that she hadn't really been off the TARDIS in quite a while. She'd spent a weekend with her parents after her dad had gotten settled in, but for the most part, she had been holed up inside. She wasn't quite sure what she would do if she ran into the other Rose, and was even more worried about running into the other Doctors. Things were far easier if she just ignored it and stayed on board. Of course, day and night weren't really as well-divided inside a spaceship.
That was why Rose found herself in the swimming pool at three in the morning. It wasn't something she had planned, but the TARDIS put it in the area she was wandering and Rose thought it sounded like a good idea. A midnight swim always seemed more relaxing and quiet.
As she left the pool, towel wrapped around her, she was feeling a little sleepier. She really should sleep. Maybe she could find the Doctor and see if he would join her again, like he had a few nights prior. She wasn't quite sure how she would ask him, but it would be worth a little embarrassment. First, though, she needed to go back to her room and change. She couldn't really wander onto the bridge in a bikini.
