The moment she'd arrived here, Celestia had resolved that she'd make the effort to meet with her sister. She'd sensed her as only the two royal alicorns could, and once the initial pleasantries had been dealt with, she'd gone to seek her out.

Landing just outside Luna's residence, she folded her wings back, hiding them with a quick spell before she knocked on the door. With any luck, the bad blood between them was a thing of the past - she did care for her little sister, no matter how it seemed.

	At the very second the first knock was made she opened the door. She looked her older sister up and down before giving a slight smile. "HELLO DEAR SISTER, WE ARE PLEASED TO SEE YOU HERE!" She used the proper regal voice, as was traditions. she still hasn't figured things out. (Reply to this)

	Ah, that was one way to set her ears to ringing. Celestia shook her head, doing her best to smile despite it. "Luna, you don't need to talk like that with me. We're both royalty here." It might've been tradition, but it also drew a lot of attention. Not that alicorns-turned-humans with strangely-coloured hair didn't draw attention by itself. "It's so good to see you." 	"You're almost the same age as I, little sister," Celestia pointed out with a graceful shrug. Honestly, all that shouting just wore on the throat. She'd never understand how Luna did it. "We discovered that THE ROYAL VOICE doesn't endear the ponies to us." It was simple, really. Nopony liked being yelled at, even if it was tradition. (Reply to this)

	"By doing acts of kindness and generosity?" It was how Celestia had turned public opinion back to her favour after her more unpopular banishments. That and sending Twilight and Spike as peace envoys to the worst sorts of places. (Reply to this)

	"So, we are to speak like this?" It was a bit louder, but not screaming at her. She did miss her sister, really, and cared. She was still as bit irked with the banishment, and still had a bit of resentment and how Celestia had so easily replaced her If something happened to her, would anyone really miss her. Celestia new how to work everything, Luna was just there. (Reply to this)

"Perhaps a little bit lower down?" It was an improvement, at very least. That wasn't a voice that'd send people running for the hills... even if, at the moment, they'd likely think she was a bit deaf.

There wasn't a day since Luna's return that Celestia hadn't regretted the banishment in some way or form. True, at the time it had seemed like the only solution, but after so long to reflect on it, and after seeing how her people had forgotten about her sister, it almost pained her that she'd had to do it.

Hindsight was truly a terrible thing.

	Luna lowered her voice to a mostly normal tone. "Is this any better, sister?" she tipped her head to the side, motioned for her to follow into the kitchen. She grabbed out a box of moon shaped cookies she'd found and loved and idly began to munch on them. (Reply to this)

	"Much better," Celestia smiled. See, her sister could adapt to strange new things, it wasn't that hard... she followed her inside, taking note of the house as she walked through.
