WHO: Ninth Doctor & Rose Tyler.
WHAT: Sap. We like sap.
WHEN: Today.
WHERE: In the TARDIS.
WARNINGS: Terrible, sticky sweet sap.

The Doctor had spent the better part of the evening tinkering with the TARDIS, trying to fix something that likely wasn't broken but it was something to do, really. Rose likely was trying to sleep or something. He'd probably go in a bit and check to make sure she hadn't had another nightmare, but for the moment he was worried he'd just wake her up.

It'd been a little over a week since they'd talked about the Time War, and the Doctor still felt an odd sense of freedom from telling her all of it. He couldn't remember the last time he felt so calm and, well, happy. He's always what he'd call a happy person in general, but this was true happiness.

All in all, he could get used to it.
