Most of the time, Pepper had been working. Like usual. Wasn't she always working? However she had been in the upper part of the house, with her laptop in her lap and randomly eating some crackers she'd found in the kitchen. Eventually she'd have to have dinner, but not anytime soon.
Tony had bought her a present. At least she wasn't buying it herself. Putting her laptop down, she headed down to the shop. "Tony?" she ventured as she came inside, loud enough for him to hear her over whatever the heck he was doing.
