Nimue frowned a bit. She didn't have the least bit of difficulty believing it, either. "You're an adult," she said, looking a bit dismayed. Nimue wanted children. She'd been thinking about approaching the subject with Merlin. If Gaius had been a young boy, she would have been thrilled. She did not know what to think of having a fully grown son, though. She was at least reasonably confident she could deal with a child. She was supposed to have time before she had to see him as an adult.
That was not the overly warm greeting Melora had been hoping for. Merlin was surprisingly easy going, though. Melora had half-expected him to faint. She squeezed Gaius' hand.
