Gaius looked back at his mother. This really was too weird. He felt Melora's hand relaxed a bit. It would be okay, she and Stefan got through this, and he only had two parents.

Merlin smiled at Melora, "Right, hi, Melora. Uh, sure come on in. Who's your friend?" He looked back at Nimue, almost in an apologetic way.

Gaius saw that his mother looked a little annoyed and bit his lip, "Maybe this isn't a good time. We could get back later."
