Merrill looked up at him. "Like a code? You have company often enough that you need a code?" She really didn't have any right to complain. If anyone should be upset, it was Anders. Merrill had sort of stolen Hawke from him. She couldn't push Anders away from Hawke and then tell him what to do with his personal life.
