After Lulu and the boys had left, Gabe turned around back to Lilo at the table. "You. You and I need to talk." He sat down at the chair next to her, a hand resting on her back. "What'd you think of having the little ones around? You okay?" She looked fine, but watching the movie had to have been difficult for her.

"What can I do to help?" Gabe kissed her neck just as lightly. "I'm really sorry, baby." He probably could have handled this better, and he'd do damn near anything to get her to stop crying.
