Zepar really was glad for the company, because he didn't have the most discerning palate when it came to sugary coffee drinks, and an extra set of taste buds to make sure that something really was as delicious as he thought it was came in handy.

He'd already made a list of the drinks he'd concocted so far, and what went in them in what order, just so that the rest of the employees could make them too, because that was half the fun. Just at that moment he was swaying and singing along to Cry Me A River, that was on the shop's overhead sound system, more easily audible now that the place was empty.

	Garcia pushed into the coffee shop, chuckling to herself when she heard Cry Me A River coming over the sound system. Yup. He's part of the Rainbow Connection all right. "Hi, Zepar? It's Penelope, I'm here for your coffees." (Reply to this)

He said, nodding to the chairs at the counter, "I've sort of been commissioned to come up with the Valentine's slash Lupercalia drink list, so I figured I'd use some of my not-sleeping to work on it, and I'm glad you want to help, makes things go faster." 	There was another grin at that, "That's what I like to hear, regulars make my day brighter." He slid a glass of iced green tea over, "Palate cleanser." He said, "And do you want to stick with the hot ones for now, or skip over to blended?" (Reply to this)

	Swishing the green tea a little in her mouth, she cocked her head. "Let's go with a blended one, keep my taste buds entertained. So, how'd you get to be here, gorgeous? You don't strike me as a barista lifer." (Reply to this)

"that's the way to do it." He said with another wink, already dropping ingredients into the blender, "Cherries jubilee in drink form. And I fell into the job when I landed here, putting coffee in the chocolate, or the other way 'round, is one of the best things people have come up with in the history of putting things in other things, so I figured I'd stick with it a while."

The drink was simple enough, a cherry blended mocha with chocolate and red pepper flakes on the top.
