Sam was seriously spazzing out. Normally he didn't spend much time in front of a mirror, he just splashed on some of the cologne Iggy liked. Today he'd actually spent several minutes trying to get his hair to look right, picking out what clothes to wear, and just fretting in general. He'd talked to Candy, who had calmed him down a little.
Sam was guessing there was probably a time-component on this. As nervous as he was, he didn't want to delay going over there and chance missing everything. It might get him out of one awkward situation, but it would be a shitty thing to do to someone he loved. He didn't want to think about what it would be like for Iggy to lose his sight when it 'wore off'.
He was still pretty wound up when he got to Iggy's house. He could tell Navi was a little amused by his nerves, but she was sweet as always, and gave him a cookie. He headed upstairs to Iggy's room and knocked on the door. Probably didn't want to flood him with light unexpectedly.
