Annie had felt inclined to start trying yoga again, especially after all the crazy awesome food she'd indulged in on the trip with Keller. She'd gone to the yoga studio, and was now waiting for a class to start, wondering if Napalm might be there. She'd not spoken to the pink-haired girl since a bit after the Mordhaus attack, and she figured why not kill two birds with one stone. She was sitting by the door, waiting for a teacher to show up.

	Palm hadn't been teaching since Dethklok had left - she hadn't wanted to leave her father alone with all that paperwork. But she still came to sit in on classes. When she was leaving a room, she noticed Annie in the lobby, bounding over. Barefooted and wearing a tank top and yoga pants, she looked comfortable and happy. "Hey, you!" (Reply to this)

	Annie smiled - oh good. "Hi, sweetie." She got up from the chair and went to hug the girl. "How are you doing? I keep wanting to look in on you. I'm sorry I haven't." She patted her tummy. "I kind of feel like I'm getting a tummy, after the trip I just took." Annie grinned. (Reply to this)

	"Oh, it's fine, I wouldn't really have been good company recently." She sighed and put on her own flip flops. "The guy I was dating disappeared, and most of the band did too. Well, all of the band did but Pickles." She shrugged and sighed. "Yeah, I died, then my brother didn't come back, then my boyfriend left, then my pretty much family left. It's sucked." 	Annie blinked, processing and feeling frankly really bad. "Oh, shit." She couldn't restrain herself from hugging Palm, even if just for a second. "I'm really sorry to hear that. "Well, Daddy's still around, and so's Mom and baby Stefan. I can live with myself knowing my brother's alive, even if he's not big enough to be my best friend. And I was dating Skwisgaar, so it was really just a matter of time before he got sick of me and went off to fuck Finland or something." Her arms stayed around Annie, even as they walked. "I miss the band, but they didn't really know me anyway. And ... I don't know, I sort of have a new boyfriend? It's super weird."

Annie blinked. "No. You're dating a vampire?" That was ... weird. But she'd met vampires who tried not to hurt humans, and said as much. "Daddy and Uncle Sam once met a nest that survived on animal blood. They're not all mindless ... I'm not thinking you'd fancy a mindless eating machine." She stood behind Palm in line and chuckled idly. It wasn't a super smart choice for a boyfriend, but it could have been worse.

"Well, I'm not exactly normal. My mom's got super strength, and so do I. Not as much as her, but I can pick up a car. And I heal really quick. Pretty much as soon as he takes his fangs out." She paused to order a soy chai latte and whatever Annie wanted. Paying for both drinks, she found a little table outside and sat down. Once Annie was across from her, she continued. "And Damon's... well, after the wars, he got fussy with his food and only feeds on girls he thinks are pretty. He does it so they think they just had sex - it feels awesome - and that's why he doesn't get caught."

	Palm moved too fast for Annie to offer to pay, but she forgot all about it when she mentioned a name. "Damon? I've met a Damon here who was a vampire ... kind of smarmy, if it's the same guy." 	Annie nodded. "And I could have met another guy, or him from another reality or later in his time or whatever. I'm not trying to talk shit about your boy toy." She grinned, but had to lower her voice a little. "Um. Can I ask ... when he bites you, can you like, get off?" Robbie had told her enough about Teja Wartooth that she believed it. She took another long pull of coffee and made a happy noise, grinning. 	Annie tried a hesitant sip and raised an eyebrow. "Huh. Usually soy milk tastes gross, but somehow it's okay in coffee." That was handy; she'd have to remember it. It was only a little milk and sugar she put in her coffee, but every 'little' added up. (Reply to this)
