As Ryan walked to the coffee shop, he debated on what exactly he should tell Kitt and what he should just make up. Truth be told he didn't have the answers to the questions Kitt had asked of him. He knew that before the vortex brought him here he was in Portland, Oregon, had a knapsack full of cash, a gun and no idea who he was or how he got there. He didn't want to lie to Kitt, but he didn't really want to share he didn't remember either.

Taking a deep breath, he opened the coffee shop's door and stepped inside.
