What: A needed discussion
When: Tonight, late-night
Warnings: Swearing, possibly/probably angry make-up sex. What do you expect?
It was later that night, after Greg and Ray had the girls in bed, that they once again went their separate ways. Greg stopped paying attention to what exactly Ray had been doing to occupy his nights; for his part, he'd taken to working on his music, tonight parked on the couch with the guitar Jack had bought him for Valentine's, strumming away at a sad, melancholy song. A cigarette hung from his lips, and he was obviously in thought; this had been going on for the better part of a week, neither speaking past what they had to, to keep up appearances for the girls. No affection, and even the sex was different, stunted, verging on sickeningly domestic They were going to have to fight it out, soon; but once again, Greg had himself waiting on one more cigarette, one more verse. Anything to keep from having to concede to anything.
