Even though Sophie's arrival had changed the room and provided clothes for Sophie, Tony had gone out the morning before and bought even more, just because he felt the need. He had the drive to do a lot of things for her that he normally didn't. Tony supposed this was what all fathers felt, but he'd just wished he'd had time to get ready for it. The least he could do was not screw her up the way he was.
Tony walked beside Remy, one hand resting over hers on the stroller and the other in his pocket, sunglasses and leather jacket on as he looked at the signs pointing to different areas of the zoo. "I like polar bears. Daddy looks like a lion when he yawns when he wakes up," she said off-handedly as she held on to a little cup of juice in her stroller.
