Sable takes Lulu's hand but doesn't look at her. "I love you, too, Lulu... but I think I want to just go home now." As appreciative as she is that Lulu is willing to listen and not make derisive comments, she can tell when she's not being understood, and no matter how patient Lulu is with her, getting no real sympathy from her really is making Sable feel worse. She's very socially aware, she knows she's not connecting here, and after all that effort she put into explaining, and trying to put everything she feels into words, and just not being able to really reach someone AT ALL, she's kind of just on the verge of wanting to give up and deal with all that frustration by going off and having a good cry for a while.
