Entry tags:adelia van helsing, tony stark

Who: Tony Stark, Any Babes in Brooklyn, Babes In General
What: Tony has crashed landed back through the vortex and right into The Dive. He's been drinking and text-flirting ever since. Let's see if he can make it home.
When: Tony's Re-Arrival Night
Where: Brooklyn - The Dive (Bar & Billiards)
Warnings: Possibly Swearing. Probably Boobs.

Tony Stark is, for the most part, dressed. Half of the Iron Man suit is on the floor, beneath his stool. His helmet is resting next to the many empty glasses that mark his place at the bar. He looks like he's seen better days, but he's still as deliciously Stark as he wants to be. He's nursing yet another drink from the bartender, while occasionally looking as if he's going to try and get off the stool. Then the wooziness kicks in and he slides back down onto the stool. Safer.

It didn't take Adelia long at all to arrive after she'd said she was on her way. As far as she could tell the place looked the same as the one she'd known, aside from the dashing-hero-shaped hole in the wall, of course, but that was nothing a bit of spackle couldn't fix.

She smiled crookedly when she saw him, shaking her head as she wove her way expertly through the evening crowd, perching lightly on the next seat, "Well well well, fancy meeting you here."

Tony blinked in a bit of awe. It could be considered staring, to be perfectly honest. So much so that he has to remember to finish off his drink. Could be the reason that he spills a little as the redhead approaches. But it is what it is.

"Yeah. You're going to need catch up."

Tony smiles and turns to the bar, snapping his fingers at the bartender. "Hey! Listen, I need to get her drunk. Can you hook that up for me? Thanks."

The Bartender smirks and gives a big thumbs up to Tony. There's even a wink tossed in the woman's direction.

Oddly enough, Adelia didn't mind the staring, in fact, she usually encouraged it, "What are we having? Scotch? Okay good." This was how she usually chose her drinks, by firm suggestion.

She smiled crookedly once more, shaking her head and leaning forward on her elbows, "And I can catch up just fine Mr. Stark, the real question is, can you keep up once I'm there?"

"Listen. There are two things I'm very, very good at. Both of them involve this body. You don't ever have to worry about me not keeping up." Tony flashes a grin, even though it's totally clear that he's wasted out of his mind. Blitzed is the term, right? "This here suit ain't the only reason they call me Iron Man." And Tony's hand reaches out to slap haphazard affection on the Iron Man helmet on the bar.

"Wow do I ever have some catching up to do." She said with a head shake, still smiling. This was by no means an argument, if anything it was a gleeful realization of a challenge. One of her favorite kinds, really, her first drink was downed in short order, arching a brow at the bartender, "Now if I could actually get the good stuff next time we'll be on our way, thanks."

She was really good at mimicking the people with entitlement issues. This was on account of she worked with them every day.

Another raising of the eyebrow comes and Tony looks from the redhead to the bartender and then back again. "Are you sure you're not a Russian spy sent here to make me fall in lust with you, only to turn around and threaten to kill me if I don't hand over governement military plans? Because... those are the only kind of women that seem to share my taste in liquor." All this is said, while a hand is waved in the bartender's direction to make sure he supplies the top shelf scotch this time.

She laughed then, shaking her head, "I'm sure, reasonably sure, anyway." She shrugged then, which caused a near-tectonic jostle, it was like the tide really, "Mostly because in my line of work I've got no use for military plans, or government ones, and I would make a terrible Russian, though I do know a few choice swear words in the mother tongue, which you're going to have to wait a few more drinks before I even attempt."

The smile was back, the amused, wry, half-mischievious one, "I'm Adelia, Van Helsing. The third."

"Adelia, Van Helsing. The Third." Tony lets that roll off his tongue for a bit, waiting for the bartender to arrive with two new drinks. One of which he snatches up and takes a swig, before turning his eyes back to the woman at the bar with him. "That's a lot of name. It suits you, though. You look like the type that, when angry, you'd probably raise Hell." He doesn't go for the full out pun, figuring that might be too much. "This almost makes me wish I was something more than Tony. Do you know how many Tonys are out there? Tony Sopranao, Tony Danza, Tony Toni Tone..."

She laughed, shaking her head, "It does, but so does Dee, which is what I usually go by, and Hell?" She shrugged one shoulder, the second drink going a little slower than the first, but only a little, "It can stay where it is." She held up a hand to show the tidy tattoo circling her wrist, "How's your Latin?"

It was the family motto: 'With sword we stand astride the Pit', "Family motto." She explained, "And I don't take it anywhere near as literally as some of the rest of the tree does."

Tony Stark speaks latin. Well, he could if he wasn't blitzed out of his mind. He's doing all he can to not see three or four wrists swirling around before his eyes. But when there's the presence of a beauitful woman, he seems to be able to turn himself into a functioning alcoholic. Kind of. "Huh. So you're kinda' lke this guy I know. Blade? If I'm assuming the Pit means what I think it means." Tony doesn't want to get too specific. He doesn't know about people's secret identities and what not. He's proud to be public but... who knows how this world is in comparison to the shitstorm he left.

She shrugged, "Can't say as I've met the man, but I've heard of him, he's something of a legend, even along my family tree." She smiled crookedly once more, "The so-called traitors tend to be." She shook her head, waving a hand magnanimously, "But enough about business, we're here for pleasure, right?"

"Good call. If I were to make any business decisions like this... I probably would no longer be the head of Stark Industries. Or whatever it's called. I really should find out, at some point, if I want to be at work tomorrow. At all." Tony shrugs and sips at his newest drink. He's lost count by now. "So. If we're talking pleasure... you're going to need another glass." Finger snapping occurs to summon el bartender again.

She snickered, shaking her head, "At the very least." The wink, however, went a good way towards indicating that this was a tease, as good natured as anything.

She shrugged once more, that same one-shouldered, epic-jostle-causing movement, "And if you don't want to go, don't go, call in dead."

Jostling is always a good call. Especially when Tony Stark needs something to focus on to try and keep his balance. He can't be falling off this stool, while trying to swindel his way into this woman's clothes. That's for damn sure. "I did that a lot. Back home. It's a wonder the board never tried to take the company from me." Pause. "Oh that's right. They did. Tried to kill me too. But I just won't die. I'm stubborn like that."

She laughed outright then, which caused some more minor jostling, "Well then it sounds like we're both in good company." She wouldn't take much swindling, she was like that. Some people called it easy, she called it knowing what she liked.

She tapped a fingertip against a small brand about halfway up her chest, "This lot tried to kill me, didn't manage. And they aren't the only ones." She shook her head then, "And I'm noticing a woeful lack of more alcohol at the moment."

Tony looks at his own drink, noticing that it's almost empty. "True enough." Within moments, there's automatically two more glasses ready. And that's just what happens in this kind of situation. Because he's just that rich of a customer. He raises the new glass up, proposing a toast. "To being hard to kill." Yes, that's what he's toasting to. Not to the mark on her chest. Honest.

"And to being damned stubborn." She raised in return, her smile gone crooked once more. She knew she'd be feeling the alcohol within short order, but she'd had more than enough practice keeping her head dealing with the people she dealt with, and dispatching the creatures she dispatched.

She'd be toasting her breasts soon enough, individually and together, because she tended to notice them far more easily when she had a few drinks under her belt.

Far be it from Tony to not want to toast to breasts. That's always a good thing to toast to. But for right now, he'll have to settle for a common ground. Aftering the clinking of glasses with Dee, he proceeds to down the rest of that particular tumbler of Scotch.

"You know, I've been thinking. We could always go back to my place now. Since I have the feeling that neither one of us will be able to think coherently enough to find my place after a few more of these."

Tony smiles and slides off the stool, with just a bit of a stumble. "We're outta' here." is offered to the bartender, before Tony goes into his wallet and drops way too many Franklins on the bar. With that done, he reaches out to throw an arm around the Van Helsing woman and tries to focus on the door. "I've got a hundred bucks that says you can't get us a cab using only your breasts."

Yeah. He's wasted.

Adelia laughed, her own arm sliding easily around his waist, it was a comfortable, easy position, "You're on." And it really was as simple as that so far as she was concerned, it was something she'd done before, under dire circumstances, and under not-so-dire circumstances like these when she just wanted to have some fun.

She made sure he was stable before striding to the curbside, turning smoothly to face traffic, waiting for a taxi to come into view around the corner. She didn't flash it, not really, she just gave the continental shelf a bit of a boost and lot of a jiggle, smiling as the taxi very nearly slammed on the brakes. She arched a brow at her newfound companion then, "Well?"

Tony's weight was more on Adelia than on his own two feet. Mostly because he's not above looking like a total lush in front of women. It could also have something to do with the fact that if his head drops... there's bound to be quite the cushion for him to rest upon. He's not too worried about anything, considering the way he watches her work her magic.

"Very nicely done." is all he has to say, before reaching to pull open the taxi door for the woman to climb inside first. "Now let's see how well you can keep my attention." Oh ho. He's always up for stacking on the challenges, which should make the ride back to his penthouse that much more exciting of a ride.

She scoffed at that, shaking her head as she settled herself into the seat, twisting halfway around to face him before dragging him down into what she liked to call a manual assisted faceplant, "Just let me know if you need to breathe." She commented mildly, still wholly amused.

"A true Jedi needs not conventional things." That's about all Tony can get out before he finds himself faceplanted in what would be the equivalent to heaven at this particular juncture in his life time. One arm flails, but only to get to his wallet and then its hurled (with some bit of aim) at the cab driver in the front.

His address and the money are both in there. The cab driver knows what to do. Tony's busy.

She laughed softly at the flail-and-toss, shaking her head and running her fingers through his hair, tugging lightly now and again, finally actually letting him up to breathe, "You good? Good." And that was all he got before he was right back where he'd started, she was having altogether too much fun with this.

Tony was having just as much fun... if not more. Considering that he was face deep into the valley of greatness. Who knew getting yanked through spiraling vortexes in the middle of a fight for your life could have such delicious results? Granted, Tony is no stranger to delicious results, if his past life was any indication. And, for the record, it is.

Somthing is mumbled into the Van Helsing cleavage. It sounds like a query. As to why or if they actually have to wait until they get back to his place.

Horny bastard.

Adelia, being an expert at Cleavage-Mumble to English, shook her head, "Trust me, been there, done that, not worth the effort or the bruised elbows and knees. Besides, we're almost there."

And by 'almost there' she clearly meant 'been parked outside for the past couple minutes'

Yeah, Tony actually comprehending where they are in any sense of the word? Totally not happening. It may be a bit unfair that he is way more blitzed than his female companion for the night, but at this point, does it really matter?

Reluctance is written all over the face that has risen up from the depths of Cleavage Mountain and he blinks. "Whoa. Stark Tower." Tony would recognize the main doors to his building anywhere. "Guess I don't need to ask are we there yet."

More stumbling comes from the Stark as he tries to worm his way off the woman of the night and hangs his arm to the front seat to collect his (cash-less) wallet. "You, my friend, may keep the change." Drunk Smile.

Dee? Get this fool upstairs.

She laughed again, still a good deal more steady on her feet than her newfound companion, but that was half the fun so far as she was concerned. She slung an arm around his waist once they were actually upright and out of the cab, "Amazing, it looks just like the pictures." And, in fact, like the one she'd visited back home, "No doorman here though, huh." She shrugged then, "Doesn't really matter, since we weren't going to invite him along anyway."

"Awwww, I didn't know you were a fan. I could've skipped the getting you drunk part." Tony's comment is plastered with a good natured smile as he leans against the door, reaching to plant his thumb against the plate. A light flickers to green and the doors unlock. "Voila."

As Tony trips his way inside, he realizes what has come from Adelia's mouth and he frowns slightly. "... Jarvis. Oh man. I left Jarvis." For a moment, his mind races through all the terrible things that could be happening to his oldest (literally) friend back in 616.

Bummer.

She smiled, shaking her head, "Something like that. You helped me with a case once. Don't think it was you but whichever version of you I have back home, and that's one of the strangest things I've ever said, by the by, and if your Jarvis is anything like the one I remember, it won't be long before he ends up here as well."

Her arm was still around his waist, which in turn meant she was pressed quite comfortably against his side, "Do you think we're capable of navigating stairs? Because I have my doubts."

"You first." Tony decided to not worry about Jarvis too much. If he showed up, he showed up. If he didn't, then, he would just have to make something else happen. Maybe computerize the entire tower or something.

Tony's smile was all over the place as he stumbled towards the stairs and then playfully shoved at the busty redhead that he's kidnapped from The Dive.

"I'd like to enjoy the view if I fall..."

She snickered at that, shaking her head then, stepping out of her shoes at the foot of the stairs, just to give herself something a little closer to normal balance, and a little more traction, "And just how many flights is it?" She asked, already climbing easily enough, though she did keep one hand to the wall for balance.

Maybe Tony's too playful for his own good, but he's just having too much fun. One hand is used to guide himself up behind her, by resting on that ass that sways back and forth, while the other is just kind of flailing around in response to her question. "Uh, I got bedrooms on all the floors. Pick one and strip."

She laughed at that, stopping at the landing long enough to peel out of her shirt, just leaving it over the banister, she'd collect it again later if necessary. The skin that wasn't covered by bra, and there was quite a bit of it to go around, given the relative smallness of the garment in question, was fairly well covered with ink, she had plenty of tattoos, most of them protection signs and symbols of one kind or another.

Bedrooms, she discovered, were easy to find when they were plentiful, and she swayed her way into the nearest one, still smiling.

"Whoa. Nice ink." came slipping from the lips of Tony Stark. He was already impressed by the impressive bust, but now he was even moreso by the cool symbols that had been inked into her body. Definitely a turn on. Granted, just being female was a turn on to someone like Tony Stark. Not that hard to please, he is.

Following suit, he just kind of tripped his way into the bedroom after her. Unable to really stop himself, hands thrust out to try and keep his balance, but instead he's more likely to grope Dee and fall his way onto her and the bed.

This was something else that amused her, really, because she still had enough cognitive function, and enough coordination (if barely) to make like a ninja, twisting out from under him easily and tumbling him back onto the mattress, settling easily astride his thighs and smirking down at him, "One of us is far far overdressed for this party." She commented mildly.

Personally, Tony had no more coordination. It's a good thing the world's not in danger at this very moment. Because him trying to fly around in the iron Man suit while he's this wasted? Not a good thing. Talk about misfiring.

As for ending up underneath the buxom babe of supernatural superheroics, Tony just finds the bed as comfortable as ever. So soft. Mmmm. Almost as soft as the woman straddling him. "Guilty as charged. Wanna' help me out here?"

Always a good hobby to have, if you ask Tony. Of course, it's kind of hard to ask Tony anything at this point... because the weight of his body seems to be, well, more dead than it once was. In fact, it seems that somebody upstairs has decided to be a comedian.

Tony Stark has passed out.

It amused Adelia, at any rate, though that may have been due to the amount of alcohol in her system. She shook her head, flopping over sideways, planning on taking just a short nap before going home.

Funny how short naps rarely work out that way.
