Her heart slammed around in her chest like a caged bird when she heard his voice. It was half from excitement, but mostly from arousal. She couldn't help but bite her lip and smile when she saw him. Expecting him to be timid, she closed her eyes tightly when she felt his hand over hers.
"You got here fast," she murmured, removing her hand and running it idly over her hip, lightly tracing circles over the skin. "Thank you. You're mean, you know, writing that and giving me ideas when you knew I was already in a bad way." Her tone was low, words punctuated by tiny gasps.
