A light grin on her face as Kitt concurred with her that having an unusual name spared common-name awkwardness, Abby couldn't even begin to stop the laughter that escaped as he then went on to talk about testing whether the ducks were ignoring her. She'd been convinced, from his initial look, that her random comment had made him wary and so the fact that he was continuing the conversation at all was unexpected, let alone the direction the conversation was taking.
Pouting slightly at his final deduction that the ducks might just be ignoring her for being her, she replied, "But I'd much rather bribe the ducks to like me. Not that I have anything to bribe them with right now either, but that's not the point. I don't want to be on the ducks' hit-list if they decide to launch a rebellion. And I bet they could if they wanted to. I've seen some pretty determined ducks."
A slightly playful smile crossed her lips as Kitt indicated the laptop that held the information he needed. "Well in that case, you could always print everything out, give everyone a copy and leave them to it?" Of course she wasn't being completely serious, but at the same time there was a very good reason that Abby had never been offered a position in management. Raising an eyebrow at the coffee comment, she replied, "Well, I'll have to take your word for that. I mean, I agree in principle but only because I tend to think all coffee's undrinkable. Luckily for me," she raised the Caf-Pow cup she was still holding, "someone was genius enough to invent other means of ensuring people can keep going for three days straight without sleep."
