The subtle gesture was not unnoticed. She smiled a little more sincerely and slowed her movements as she took another. "I suppose. I just haven't gotten to the pleasure thing yet. Probably soon, though, if this isn't some weird death dream." She pushed her toes into the rug and let the sincere smile stay on her face. "I can't imagine having thirty or forty people around me at any time. That's really a lot, for me. I went to a small school, there's only 12 kids in my graduating class, and I've gone to school with them since I was in grade school. We only had about 100 people in that school, and that's the only time I was around a lot of people at all." Truth be told, she grew up in a rural area, so she didn't understand what big cities were like in the least.
