Adelia had, in fact, only taken about ten minutes to get ready, since she only really had to change her shirt and comb out her hair. She'd already decided that she liked the place, according to her mail and the schedule tacked to the fridge she still had the same job, but that was fine, she actually liked being a barista.

She wasn't dressed up, not really, but she was definitely in going out clothes instead of daywear, and Poe, her raven, was perched on her shoulder, sitting almost perfectly still aside from the occasional tilt or turn of his head, helping her with her hair by way of well-placed beakings.
