Demon blood was apparently more acidic than any of them had thought, and Gaz's boots were soon almost eaten through. She didn't let it stop her, though, and she was glad she could heal quickly. She and Josef stood back to back, the taller undead man casting various elemental spells and occassionally gurgling due to his lack of jaw. It bothered Gaz not a bit that she could understand him.
Eventually her guns were out of ammunition and she went back to her daggers, watching out for Teja more than Charles. Charles, while she didn't know him, was obviously capable and had everything together. Teja, on the other hand, was an easier target due to his being stationary, and also, there was the part where she loved him.
