Henn had all but dragged Soren into her lair, she knew he was still fretting over his costume, even though he had authentic pirate clothes from an authentic pirate. Once inside she hung her 'busy, go away' sign on the doorknob and shooed him behind the folding screen she'd set up, "Go on, lemmie see."

She had the half of her costume that she wasn't already wearing laid out over the back of a chair, she'd finish putting it on while he changed, since she wasn't entirely sure about the fit of some of it, considering that she was somewhat more buxom than Anne was.

	Soren sighed. "I look ridiculous," he mumbled, tying his hair back before stripping out of his jeans and t-shirt. Once naked - because no Skwigelf wore underclothes - he pulled on the pants and tunic, shrugging. "Ta-dah." (Reply to this)

Henn, for her part, looked a bit more like the storybook version of Anne than the actual Anne, but that was on account of the buxom, her shirt was tucked into her pants, sleeves rolled up to her elbows, and her belt was made of a double loop of rope, which, Anne had explained, was good for emergency reefing.

She was barefoot at the moment, but had boots nearby, and her hair was down, but she was working it into a layered tail. She beamed, "Looks good. Put your hair down, so far as I know Bill only pulls his back when he's working."

Henn just grinned at him, shaking her head and giving her boobs a jostle, "I know sans-brassiere is authentic, but Anne didn't have as bountiful a treasure as I've got, I'm not about to do without, probably end up hurting myself."

She shrugged, "But I'm good at making invisible underthings." She stood on tiptoe to ruffle his hair, "Mom said as long as we have the place cleaned up when we're done so she doesn't bring an infant into a mess she's cool with whatever shenanegans we get up to."

She laughed at that as well, shaking her head and perching on the edge of the pillownest beside him, "There, look, you're acting like Bill already. He's not as much of a housecat as Jack is, but he manages. I think he's just more slinky about it than Jack is."

She shrugged, reaching over to play with his hair some more, "Sort of like how Mamba is, he'll sit on the opposite end of the couch, and then you look away for a minute and he's on the next cushion, and then you get distracted by whatever's on TV and all of a sudden he's all the way in your lap."

	This was perfectly fine with Henn, since it gave her better access to play with his hair, just fingercombing it gently, "And that works." She said with a shrug, "Anne's been teaching me some tricks, says she'll even loan me her blunderbuss as long as I promise not to load it, I said that shouldn't be a problem since I don't really like guns in the first place." 	She shrugged, "You should be fine just wearing it, Anne's lending me one of her actual swords, like, one she actually used, I know how, but it's mostly just for decoration so far as the party goes." 	She nodded, "Yeah, we want to avoid dismemberments at the party if at all possible, that'd pretty much kill the mood. I bet he's got some that are just for show, if not you can get one of the practice ones from Anne from the museum." 	"The only bad part about this costume will be Healerlady changing my hair color. When she grows hair back out all speedy, it itches like nobody's business." He blushed and looked sheepish. 	Henn nodded, "I should probably get her to grow my bangs out so they're all mine again, I've bleached and dyed them so many times it's a wonder there's any still there." Henn had been about to answer when he nipped at her, laughing and ruffling his hair, "Okay, okay, I get it, change the subject." She gave his hair a gentle tug, "I'm starting to think that I should make sure some of the guest bedrooms are set up, I mean with you and Cass, and Brend & Maison, and Torii & Robbie alone we'll need SOME space for canoodling."

Yes, she'd just used 'canoodling' in all seriousness.
