She's been off the radar for four days now and is finally starting to relax a little -- not to let her guard down, exactly, but to become more than someone running away. She's stopped running away from every city she touches now.
St. John's is the first city she's run TO.
She didn't intend to be here long, like any other city, but from now on, her progress would slow a little. She's here now to enjoy where she is.
She sees him almost as soon as he moves. For a moment, there's just a flash of instince in her eyes -- the instinct to run. But... it's Teja. She knows full well she can't get away from him if he wants to follow her.
Abandoning her drink -- she's never been a heavy drinker and her one experience at the bar near Brend's restaurant gave her little enough reason to start -- and walks directly up to him. There is the faintest shadow of a smile on her lips as she stands in front of him, blocking his way, and looks up at him. Her attitude is... almost amused.
"Now what's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?" she asks, her voice quiet, more curious than friendly. "Shall we take a walk and discuss it, you and I?"
