Hope had been at school a bit late, working on a project in the library. Iggy and Angel had already gone home. When she left the building, she noticed the cheerleaders were wrapping up their practice and getting ready to go. Hope sauntered over to the edge of the field, not bothering to hide her wings. Being out in the open with them was still relatively new for her, and she hadn't quite gotten used to it yet.

"Candy," she called, waving. "Hey." She hadn't spent much time with the other girl. All she really knew about her was that she was Iggy's friend, and she had some kind of magic power or something. There was some kind of invisible force field when Hope had accidentally punched her. It was time for Hope to learn more about Candy.
