Sylar could feel her fingernails gently grazing his scalp, creating a sensation that was to his liking, something in other circumstances would have surely been able to put him to sleep. The warmth of her body and the taste of her lips were more than enough cause to keep any drowsiness from setting in. No, she was awakening other things inside of him, those which he quietly urged to stay in control until they had time to talk, to spend more time together. She had been away for too long, not that he was angry at her for it. He had dealt with those issues, accepted them as part of the life that he had to share with her, and knew they were well worth the price.
"Stay for as long as you can." Fingertips had continued to gently caress her cheek before they moved over and he found himsel stroking those soft blonde locks of her's. "And it won't be as long before the next time I come to see you." He knew that spending every hour of every day with her was impossible, for more reasons that he cared to count, but it didn't mean he wouldn't create more time that they could be together in. It didn't matter if it were only long enough to share one kiss and quietly spoken words before parting, it would still be enough to make the pain lessen, and his patience grew in regards to the matter.
"Better...now." His life had been complicated, but ar from bad, it was just a time of adjustment. Elle was part of that too, she played a different role than Claire, but she still had her role. It didn't matter, at least not right now, he only wanted to focus on her. "Did you enjoy your time at Peter's?" The question wasn't sarcastic or bitter, Peter Petrelli was one of the only people from her family that he had started to trust. His eyes were looking over Claire, but he was paying attention to everyting she said, he did, after all, want to talk to her.
