Lois laughed a little as she stuck the note to the fridge, the first place Jason was bound to check when he got home. Though before they left, she tried so very hard to not glance at the balcony behind her. She tried. Very hard. But at the last second, before they stepped out the door, she took a one-second glance over her shoulder. It seemed casual though, like she was glancing back at the apartment.
She enjoyed going out with Didi. She didn't have a lot of friends outside of work. "Ah... well, I'm not sure where I should start either," she said with a small, maybe nervous laugh.
