She swam a little closer to the edge and waved. "Hi, Mr. Logan!"
Logan rose a brow, looking at the two swimmers. He gave them a nod and a grunt. The ex-Stepford's greeting threw him a little off-balance. They'd never been friendly. She was in a good mood. Maybe too good. But the Quentin kid had only been here for a minute or two, and he didn't smell anything out of place. He leaned back against one of the walls and popped a claw, examining it.
