Sam drove, sliding the car around corners and glad he'd gotten that last tune up. With the driving he did these days, he enjoyed having a car that was hot in and out of the engine.

He was headed for Gani's work, to pick her up, and glad the day was almost over. A long day at school, and then at work, and now he was ready for food, and fun.

He pulled into the garage at her work, put the pass on the window, and headed for the elevator. A few minutes later, he was at her floor, idling at the waiting area for her. He grinned, happy.

	Ganieda was happy as she packed up and neatened up her desk in preparation to go home. Sam was going to pick her up and then who knew? She didn't care, as long as they were together. She hurried out to where he waited in the car for her, leapt into the car, and kissed him long and passionately. "How was your day?" she asked breathlessly, when the kiss was over.
