It was good to know that she was eliciting the same reaction in him. If she had kissed him and he had just pushed her away or freaked out or something then this would have been going very differently. But she was just glad she hadn't misinterpreted his hands on her skin, the way he had been staring at her. Wrong didn't factor into it at all, it felt all right with her. Weird, but right.
Weird because this was Crews who she always said she didn't notice in the slightest. Didn't notice how hot he was, or how muscular or any of that. Maybe she'd just been ignoring it all up until this point. It wasn't like Tidwell was like any kind of guy she used to go with.
Dani gave another groan against his mouth when he moved them back against the couch, making her lean back. Her hands on him wasn't moving at all, her nails dug into his skin and when he bit down on her bottom lip, she shuddered. Apparently he knew what she liked, or maybe it was the fact that they both liked the same kind of thing. Leaning back all the way on the couch, she tugged him down on top of her, legs sliding apart so that she could run her hands down his back.
