She beckoned and stood up to the stationary bike, throwing a leg over and leaning back so the two could stand to look over her shoulder. She patted the handlebars.
"Usually we've got the clutch on your left. The clutch is what allows you to switch between the gears, low speeds to higher speeds. For you," she gestured to Edward and then the right, with two levers, one above and one staggered below. "We've moved it to the right. The lower lever is the clutch. The upper one is your front brake, it grips the wheel and slows you down."
