Darius scooped her up quite gladly. He kissed her as soon as she finished speaking, holding her tightly. They had seen each other, of course, since he'd left, but not for a couple of days.
Finally he relaxed his hold on her, smiling softly at her. "It's good to see you too. How have you been?"
