She made it just two floors up the fire escape before she heard a stomping of boots from the second and third floors, and then shots from the fourth. A good indicator that the guards had been alerted to her mischief. That was fast, but really she would've been disappointed with anything less. Hopefully those shots were Damien taking advantage of the situation, and the guards hadn't simply decided to shoot their captive to try to kill him. That would be somewhat embarrassing.
She ducked outside the fire escape door on floor three and waited for the guards. The first kicked open the door while a second crouched to sweep the area. 359 grabbed his rife and hit him with the butt of it to knock him back. The first guard attempted to train his weapon on her but rifles were cumbersome for close-combat, and she got inside his space and shot him between the eyes with the smaller gun she'd pilfered earlier. Directly following that, she unloaded the weapon on the remaining guards, making sure they were all dead. She could hear more pounding footsteps coming this way through the hall around the corner, four or five more pairs of boots. And another five coming up the fire escape. She slunk back into an open cell, as her only option now. She couldn't take ten of these guys at once. However, she knew she would have to bust through a good chunk of them on her way out. Her goal was the nearest stairwell, where she'd head either up or down depending on where the guards were, and hopefully lead these fuckers all around the building in a wild goose chase, giving Damien the option to escape.
