"You've always been the adventurous one," she commented, but had to admit that it had rubbed off on her, too. Yes, it had taken time, but then again, he wasn't quite as "adventurous" as he used to be once they'd gotten married. It made for a nice combination.
"Does that make me your queen, then?" Gabriella was teasing, but she smiled as he leaned into her hand before she mussed it up a bit. Her smile vanished once he said the words she'd been waiting to hear since he'd gotten home, and she shut her eyes.
"Now, that was worth hearing. Whatever magic made me like this for us, it was worth it to hear you say that."
Gabriella raised an eyebrow. "I don't know if I have any other questions right now. I'm sure you'll show me how you've been living your life later... maybe now we should forget about questions?"
