Why: Meeting up for the first time in this strange, new land of theirs.

Dan decided to wait until later in the evening when he could use darkness to his advantage when flying Archie out toward DC to see Laurie. Homeland Security might not like a giant ship barreling towards their home base. He didn't see a need to wear the costume and he could have just as well as drove his car down to see her, but he hadn't gotten to fly his ship in so long that it felt a little alien to him. Plus there was nothing like the familiarity of Archimedes to make him feel less nervous about seeing Laurie.

He landed the Owlship on top of the apartment building and exited, then headed down to where she lived. Straightening his tie, Dan knocked on the door and nudged his glasses back up his nose before smoothing his hair.
