Miniver's actually outside Mordhaus when Soren arrives. He's perched on a railing, just lighting a joint when the Tall Blonde One appears. Jack is with him, on a barbed leash. The two of them together are almost a frightening sight -- the tiny guy in a trenchcoat with amazing hair and a dog who probably weighs almost as much as he does at this point. Jack, however, is harmless, and wags his tail when he sees Soren.
