Who: Candy Quackenbush and Tony Stark.
What: Drinking in Paris.
When: Tuesday night.
Where: A bar in Paris that Tony knows.
Warnings: Drinking, swearing, and silly.

Candy didn't understand why Tony had taken a sudden interest in her, but she figured it had to do with him having been friends with Onyxx, and the fact that she looked a lot like his daughter. Well, a lot was a bit of an understatement; they were identical, except for Candy's strange eyes.

Either way, she was glad for the company. She wanted to get out of the house, if only because it reminded her too much of Onyxx. She could still smell him, still feel him around. Half of the time, when she turned, she expected him to come through the door. She'd taken to drinking a little to fall asleep. Who better to drink with than Tony Stark?

Arriving a few minutes before they'd arranged to, she stood outside the bar, pulling her black coat tighter over her shoulders.

Tony had left a note for Remy that he was going out to check on Candy, and he'd asked Sophie to watch Ant until he or Remy got back in before he'd taken a portkey there and used a taxi the rest of the way. When he got there, it was really strange to see a girl who looked exactly like his daughter looking back at him.

Leather jacket zipped up, he approached her, his dark hair gently moving in the small sweeps of wind around them. "So, I take it there will be much drowning of sorrows tonight?" he said, flashing a grin.

She'd been fidgeting with her hands, and after a while, figured Mr. Stark wouldn't yell at her too much for smoking. He was, after all, taking her out to get drunk. She'd learned the habit from Onyxx when the Joker was obsessed with her, and hadn't really ever let go of it.

When she saw him, she grinned right back, hand holding the cigarette going behind her back like she would have with her mother. "I'm hoping to kill the brain cells that remember him, to be honest. Hi, Mister Stark." She could tell that her looking so much like Sophie weirded him out, but she hoped her eyes would calm him down. One was blue, the other brown, and that usually helped people tell them apart.
