Wearing native clothes wasn't altogether that weird for Anakin. One does eventually go native, especially when the only fashions available don't include robes or tunics, despite one's preferences. What was odd was that he didn't have his lightsaber with him. He felt almost... naked.

Any feelings of nervousness he might have felt about his identity as a Jedi were, however, overshadowed by the feelings of nervousness caused by being on a date. Technically their first, in fact. Hanging out at X-Factor and doing cases together didn't really count, and though they did a lot of things together, none of them were really dates. They were just doing things and sometimes kissing.

So this was their first date date, an actual, defined romantic engagement, and Anakin was nervous as hell. The waiter seated them and left them menus and Anakin looked at Rahne and said, "You look great."
