Who: Older!Elaine and Younger!Sparhawk
What: Waking up on Saturday
Where: Their house.
When: Saturday morning.

Elaine was having a rather strange dream that night, that the children had all run away from her to play tag, and her husband was nowhere to be found. And for some reason, they were all playing in the courtyard of her father's estate. That was bittersweet, for she had not seen her father since she was a very young girl.

So she was very glad when she came into consciousness, feeling the cool sheets against her skin, and with the smell of home as she breathed in. She could feel that Sparhawk was still here with her, sleeping very deeply, it seemed.

With her eyes still closed, she rolled over to cuddle against him, her bare skin against him and her arms around him.

Suddenly, Elaine's eyes popped open.

This is not Sparhawk... She sat up cautiously, leaning over to see the stranger's face...

	Sparhawk blinked open, eyes focusing instantly to see a woman leaning over him. "What the--?" He rolled off the bed and stared at her, eyes wide. Where was he? This was not the House! What the heck? "Who are you? Where am I?" He reached for where his sword should be, under the bed, but it, too, was gone. (Reply to this) (Thread)

As for Elaine, she was completely naked, and she held the sheets around her. She held out a hand to him in a 'stop' sort of motion.

"Ssh, calm down! You're in London, and I've no idea why you are in my bed, but I mean no harm!"

Even had she been armed, she could have done him no harm.

"I am Elaine Sparhawk." She ran a hand through her tousled hair and her brow furrowed as she looked around.

"And you are?"

	He was as well, but managing to not think about it, or the effect being next to a naked woman had wreaked on his body. "...you are who?" His eyes, if possible, got even wider and he examined her as he stepped closer, a little less worried. "Do you know my father?" Then he drew himself up. 	Elaine's eyes widened and she moved closer to him as well, still holding the sheet around her...but rather forgetting about her backside. "Sparhawk?" She peered at him. "Goodness, it is you, isn't it?" she asked in wonder. "I...I'm your wife...but far, far in your future and gone." And I'm old enough to be his Mum. This was a strange world indeed. he blinked.

He stared.

"My---wife?"

He did not quite squeak as that came out.

"Then I made it into the Knighthood? And did well? Wow."

His eyes lit up and he bowed to her, and noticed her backside... and shivered, his prominent erection growing slightly at the sight. She was glorious!

"I-- how did we meet? And how did we get pulled hence, from the times we belonged?"

He looked around.

"Is this our home?"

Elaine blushed and sat down again, covering herself a bit more thoroughly. "Yes...though you and I did not meet for...quite some time after you became a knight. But you were... I have heard...one of the best Knights of your Order."

She chewed on her lip. "We met quite some time ago, in a strange world called 'Here'. And we were married. And then...we were transported here, to this place, called London, where we have been living for many years since then." Her brow furrowed. "But this is not my time, nor yours, and if you are not here, and our children are not here..." She shook her head.

"I have no idea how we came to be here, or why we were brought here."

	He settled to the bed next to her and still made no move to cover up. For, well, she had said she was his wife. He dismissed the worry from his mind and sat crosslegged next to her, his hip brushing hers. "Wow... it sounds an amazing life, even here. And I end up with a beautiful wife!" 	"He has blessed both of us," she said affectionately. "I still sometimes cannot believe that I've had this life with you." She looked around and grabbed a picture of the two of them--though she could tell that it was the people they had replaced, rather than them--off of the bedside table.
