She was tilting her head and looking at him curiously, as if he were an experiment of some sort. She poked him again. "I don't know. Kinda spongey, but not really.. Hey, I wonder if you can eat ice cream. Or if you couldn't and it would just make your mouth really cold."

"Hey, I wonder if I can move you." She stepped back and turned one shoulder to him, as if she were trying to bust down a door, and then lunged toward him. It felt really funny when she went through him, and of course she stumbled right to the other side. She stumbled, tripping and falling on her rear end when something went wonky with her skate. It also felt colder and a little breezier.
