"Alright, let me go mix up the ink so it's the right color. You can have a seat in the chair over there, and I'll be with you in a moment." He wandered to his selection of ink, and started to mix the blue in a tone that would be considered Sports Blue. He walked back to her and offered her a hairband to tie her hair up. "I need to apply the stencil first, it's kind of like one of those temporary tattoos you can get out of a gumball machine." He set the stencil down on her skin once her hair was out of the way, and wet it down with a damp sponge. He pulled away the backing, and then set to work once he warned her he was about to.
"So this is your first tattoo, huh? What made you finally decide to get one?" He asked. He liked to keep people talking, at least at first, so they wouldn't pay attention to the pain.
