Cassidy had just blinked blearily into consciousness a moment before he felt Soren's arms wrap around him and he murmured through the curtain of hair that had covered his face. "Mm. 'Mornin', princess." The day was already warm, when one considered it was still winter. They must have shown up during a warm front. Even so, Cassidy didn't feel like getting up out of the sleeping bag. He was far too comfortable.
"Mmph. Feel like a hike today?" His voice was still groggy and sleep-bleary, but sounded rather enthusiastic, considering he hadn't yet had caffeine.
