"They let him out of the mental institution, so I can't imagine he is that crazy." Obviously Steve had never met Walter. Yet he liked to always think the best of people because that was just his sort of pathology. "If you ever need a tour guide or someone to help you keep an eye on him though, I'm always willing to hit up the beaches."
Steve really liked the sand and the water and the people. He just really liked beaches.
