Jack's eyes were squeezed shut hard enough to make him see pitch black, grunts and growls mixed with a choked sob or two as he felt Ennis claim him completely, the passion of the moment catching up with him. A few spare tears slid down his face, a culmination of the pain, arousal, and emotional exhaustion of the moment.
Ennis' words had Jack stock still against the wall in shock, and he let the man hold him roughly to the wall for a long moment, trying to ground himself as the pleasure slowly gave way to another wave of pain. Finally, the pain became too much, and Jack gathered himself together to throw his weight back against his lover, trying to pry himself off the wall.
