Zira purred in response, and turned his face up to Crowley. "It feels good to get the layers of ick off." He rubbed at his thigh. "I'm nearly inclined to go roll in a rose garden," he added with a laugh. The stench was horrible, he knew. But it would be gone before too long.
"And these wings. I think the boys downstairs had a little too much fun," he smiled a little ruefully. His wings were in a neglected state, but would be righted with a bit of grooming. "Before you get upset, they didn't hurt me, dearest. As you can see, they rather improved my look."
