Sam had helped Anne down the stairs to the big movie theatre room. Once he was assured she was comfortable on the couch, he scurried upstairs to get the snacks and drinks he wanted and get them downstairs. They were going to watch a movie, and he'd promised to let her see the end of it. They were also going to talk first, about what to call their son.

For Sam, this was essential. He needed to have this done. It was like showing up to class without your homework and he HATED feeling like he'd already failed as a dad, or worse yet being unprepared. John Winchester's lessons were not easily forgot.

"Alright, Beautiful. I've got all the stuff." He put them down on the table in front of them and settled in next to her. She looked radiant, even in his sweatpants.

	There was a little shiver when Sam mouthed her neck and she sighed a very contented sigh when he finished speaking. "We will. We already are, Sam. A family. You and me and-" Aidan started stretching again and she reached up to stroke Sam's head gently, the tears pooling in her eyes. "I love you so much. Both of you, but Sam? You." 	"Me, what?" Sam nuzzled into her petting, loving as always the feeling of her fingers in his hair. He leaned back on the couch, using the arm to support his back and gently pulled Anne towards him, her back to his front. Sam's giant hand splayed wide over her belly and moved gently, slightly. "I love you the most," she whispered. Her eyes fluttered shut and she let her head fall back against his chest. "I love everything about you, and I love being here. With you."

She was so relaxed sitting there with him, the stroking and petting of his hand lulling her and she turned her head so she could nuzzle into his neck just a little. Her fingers threaded through his and she gave another contented sigh.

	"Oh." he breathed onto her skin. He felt like right now, he was holding almost his whole life in his hands. "I love you, too. Always." He murmured, kissing her forehead. "I could stay right here, forever," she murmured in response to his question. "If you want to watch the movie, then watch the movie. Just don't make me move, please."

And then she realized what it was that he meant and she opened her eyes, though they were a bit heavy. "Oh. Well, if we don't start the movie, then I don't have to worry about not seeing the end of it later, because I know we'll eventually not see the end if-" And she kissed him properly.

	"I won't make you move, I promise." He snuggled her against him, petting her thigh softly. He enjoyed being close to her, the easy, open affection they shared. If she didn't want to move, he was all for it. That and he was a little bit..well..terrified of the thought of poking around down there. He didn't want to hurt Aidan, or Anne for that matter. 	"Mmkay," she said, quite agreeable to the whole 'stay right where she was until the end of time' scenario. "Then no, I don't want to do anything else. Just lay here with you. We can start the movie, but I might not be awake by the end of it." That said, she curled up against him as much as she could and even batted her eyelashes at him. (Reply to this) (Parent)
