Jack gave the other man an eyebrow, but didn't hesitate to slip onto the bed carefully next to him. "I wanted you to be happy, and would you look at that, I succeeded. Amazing, really." He gave a playful nip to Jack's jaw before continuing.

"How am I doing... well, the family survived the apocalypse. One of the wives found her long-lost soul mate... as for me, I've been taking a little vacation, seeing sights with the kids... sex, drugs, rock 'n' roll. I really can't complain. But you- getting buildings collapsed on you, finding out you're a rock star- yes, I saw that. That's the exciting part."
