Warnings: cursing, flirting, possible sex.

Domino was on the couch, rubbing her stomach softly. She'd been on her feet all day, and was ready to relax in the hot tub all night. Physically anyway.

But emotionally she was still raging. She hated feeling so pissy and angry. The day had been a long, hard one, and she hoped she'd be up for the date he'd proposed.

At least she'd hadn't been crying. That would have been scary.

Cable came in and hugged her. He was dressed well, and comfortably, and gently stroked her back, warmth sinking into her as he did so.

"How do you feel?"

He knew, but asking was polite.

He knelt and kissed her and hugged her close. His love and confidence and warmth enfolded her.

"Do you still feel like going out? I found a few places we could go that are geared toward pregant women and their needs."

She hugged him, sideways, so that she could be as close to him as possible. "Yeah. I think it would be good to blow off some steam. I'm just feeling heavy and annoyed. The kids are growing like crazy."

She rested her head on his shoulder. "And I want ice cream."

"The hoverchair should be done by tomorrow, and that should help, what with massage fingers built into it."

Beside, exercise is important. "We should ask Dr. McCoy if there's a compelling reason to use it."
