It was a sweet story, and Soren beamed. "Cass loves you guys, you know. And um, it's not really much of a story. Uncle Teague and Mom and Aunt Brenda and Dad thought that Cass and I would benefit from hanging out with other kids our age. So since I was about one and he was about two, we've always been in contact. It got worse as we got older - I honestly don't remember the last time I went more than a day without talking to him, much less seeing him. And I guess around the time I started noticing guys, I noticed Cass and sort of pretended I didn't. Or tried to. We grew up, we came here, we kind of realized that with the time being weird that we still had each other. And we admitted it." He shrugged and smiled sheepishly. "I'm glad you approve of us, by the way." He hopped off the counter when he saw Dog looking up for snuggles.
