She shifted a little to lean against him and burrowed against his side, turning her face in toward his chest. Ahsoka was sobbing now, her chest shaking. She tried to be so grown up, tried to prove that she wasn't a youngling. Now here she was, bawling like a baby. Why was it that she could cry in front of this near stranger? Well, he'd told her to let it all out. She felt like she was breaking, but she knew it would pass. She wasn't going to fall to the Dark Side. Strange as it sounded, Anakin wouldn't have wanted that. Even as she was learning of her Master's betrayal, she still idolized the man he once was. She wasn't sure if that would hurt her in the end or not.
She nodded a little, her face still buried against him. Maybe he was right. Even Master Yoda and Master Obi-Wan hadn't seen it.
